Amazing hotel with excellent wi-fi, the location was beautiful in the centre. I had large and bright king suite. Location: the venue was just next door to public transport, pristine nature and beautiful Sigulda. There was Checkers nearby to grab something to eat.

Good location, friendly staff.
Service in restaurant a bit slow. Breakfast doesn't have a huge choice. Spa facilities expensive at £10 to use the pool (very small) / sauna

The location is simply amazing. The garden is wonderful and the spa quite good (even if open only from 5 pm): steam and sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, outdoor jacuzzi.
We were the unique guests during the first day of our staying: the restaurant was on weekly closure the day of our arrival, and we were diverted (on an "offered" taxi which we had to pay) to another restaurant 2 km distant. The first day for breafast we were not even given or asked if we wanted coffee - only cold food was arranged in advance. The same evening the restaurant was closed as well - nobody bothered to ask us if we were interested in having dinner, although 2 more guests added, but the morning after eventually coffee was prepared in thermos and available. The rooms were very essentials, perhaps because we booked the basic type. Must travel with your own car, as public transports not available and taxi not easy (nor cheap) to find, unless booked by the hotel or caught from the train station. No savings made if booked on a non-official taxi, as price is exactly the same (4 Lats for a ride from the station to the hotel). Still, the place could be good for a relaxing breakout far from the daily stress.

The pool here is also kept really clean. the staff is super friendly and easy to chat with. Plus, it's a great spot for us since we wanted to check out a cool observation wheel, just a short 10-15 minutes' walk away. 🌟.

During my recent business trip to Sigulda, I had the pleasure of staying at Spa Hotel Ezeri. My director chose this hotel for our stay, and I must say it was an excellent choice. The highlight of my experience was the enjoyable and self-indulgent moments I had at the hotel's spa. The sauna attendant warmly welcomed me and provided a light massage with aromatic salt and herbal scrubs. It was truly a rejuvenating experience.
Our room at Spa Hotel Ezeri was a bit disappointing.

This hotel is an excellent value for the money, offering affordable prices for such a pleasant stay. The attention to detail in this hotel is impressive, with lovely flowers throughout the premises that add a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. The location of this hotel on the outskirts of Sigulda, approximately 5 km away, provides a peaceful and serene setting, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and attentive to guests' needs. The rooms are basic, but cozy and tidy, with comfortable beds and good bathrooms. I especially enjoyed the rooms with an outdoor Jacuzzi that offered spectacular views.
All was well during my stay.
